"This hotel was fantastic. The location on the Gran Via made it great for walking to shops and restaurants. The Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor were about 15 minutes walk. The hotel is clean and updated. The rooftop restaurant and pool were outstanding. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay."

"It’s a no frill hotel in a convenient location. The staffs were friendly and the room was so quiet. (We had a triple room). But the room has beds and one night stand. Nothing else is there. The shower leaked water out to the room every time we showered. The provided soap was quite nice. It will be a nice place for a short stay. But not for a long term. It’s a good value for what you pay though."
