"A clean room and comfortable beds for reasonable fees in this beautiful and fascinating Victorian building. Breakfast in their restaurant was hearty and delicious and totally worth it. Location is close to Tube and buses, easy walks. All staff was friendly and helpful. That said the doors are all very substantial and you hear people opening and closing doors at all hours. Overall A- and I would definitely stay here again."

"Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"Is a good place but those sheets I was hitching there in the night. I wouldn’t trust those sheets on the bed . Privacy zero it’s a hostel what you expect . Receptionist where great but the facilities look broken and hold it’s a fast and convenient place for just 1 night, if you spend more than that it becomes a depressive place . I don’t really know how people live there for months . "

"The property is centrally located in Covent Garden n 15 min walk to Soho. The Holborn station is also few mins away. The rooms are fairly newly remodeled - they are comfortable despite a few small construction defects such as the toilet flusher is set too low behind the toilet seat cover thus user must close or move the lid in order to flush. Lastly, my room faces the backs of other buildings so there isn’t a view at all which isn’t a huge problem."
