"Loved it there. It was wheelchair accessible even with a wheelchair lift outside the building. Had to ask for shower chair but they did have one. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. They had a place to store your luggage till your room was ready. Very professional. "

"Just checked in after a long trip from the US and I couldn't be happier. The doorman greeted us and carried my two little girls bags to the front desk. Farnoosh at the front desk was able to get us early check in, which I very much appreciate it after an overnight flight. I'm incredibly pleased with the overall experience, friendly customer service, and wonderful room. It's located conveniently close to all the touristy things like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. You could get lucky enough with a room that has a view of the London eye. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to London."
