"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. You'll have to spend some time aquainting yourself with the ferry timetable and a map of the lake. Nothing much goes on in Dumenza itself. "The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. "Laura was a great host. The apartment is quite a challenge to find for the first time , she was on hand to guide us . She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions. The apartment was delightful, perfect for 2 people with everything you could need in it ( UK people , remember to bring a power adaptor to convert from Euro style to UK ) . "If you are in Lugano for the scenery this is an exceptional place to stay. View wise it has a great panoramic view of the lake where you can see central Lugano but also the surrounding towns. It has good public transportation access but is also completely walkable if you aren’t in a rush. The quarters themselves are pretty basic, the sofa was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We don’t typically spend a lot of time indoors while traveling so it was ample for our needs....

"Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit im Apartment Nr. 6 in Euroville. Die Schlüsselüber- und Rückgabe funktionierte bestens. Das Appartement war sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Vermisst haben wir lediglich einen Backofen - ging aber auch ohne. Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und mit sehr sauberen Swimmingpool. Unsere Kinder fanden, es sei zu viel Chlor im Wasser. Grandios war der Blick vom Freisitz auf den Lago Maggiore! Den genossen wir auch vom Wohnzimmer aus und auf den Liegestühlen...
