"Hard Rock Hotel has to be the best resort to stay at in Kuta. The staff are amazing, the amenities could not be better and it is so central in Kuta - whilst making sure you feel like you are in your own oasis. My family LOVED staying here on our recent holiday and we'll definitely be back!!!"

"Great location and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is good but need to add some western food such as hash browns, muffins or crumpets. Overall I love The Rani. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping mall close by. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will return. The only recommendation is the pool - I was unable to use the step ladder and was unable to swim. Steps into the pool would be ideal. The internet needs to be improved and possibly change the tvs to smart tvs."
