"Super friendly staff. Not just a place to stay but an experience! Heard Howler Monkeys each day and staff shared a baby Boa Constrictor that was caught on site. Amazing!"

"Wow! Is all that really can be said. The natural beauty of this hotel are what other places spend thousands of dollars trying to recreate. Located on the river banks with nothing else in sight, thoughtfully manicured grounds giving way to the Belizean jungle. You truly can feel away from it all. The hotel offers a lot to do on-site as well canoeing on the river, mini golf, a swimming pool, spa services, hikes around the property and a good restaurant with bar. And they can also set you up for a tour to any one attractions in the area. The staff goes out of their to meet the needs of their guests. We stayed in the Owner's Suite on the far end of all the bungalows with the jetted tub on the balcony style patio overlooking the river. Totally private with a wide open view of the river and nothing else but nature to look. Amazing, highly recommend."

"We loved staying at Midas Belize. It’s very safe- they have a delicious breakfast and there is a grocery store right across the street. It’s very close to tour options and other shopping, yet it is quiet, safe and comfortable in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean."

"It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. I'd still highly recommend it."

"It waa great, especially for the price for 3 people. We had 2 queens & a sofa bed & everything was very comfortable & clean. We lovec the pool & the restaurant was nice too. The staff was very nice & gave us a lil tour & brought our bags to our room. The only negative thing for some people is no elevator. Still, highly recommend!!"
