"The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen. "

Cozy home on Georgetown Island off the coast of Maine

"We loved this home! It was nestled in the trees and was quiet and peaceful. It was large enough for 2 families to enjoy. The outdoor hot tub was an added bonus and we loved making s'mores around the fire. The additional living room was great for the kids and it meant they could watch a movie while we hung out in the 'other' living room. The owners are great - responded quickly to all my texts and even bought us some beach towels when I inquired if the home had any. I highly recommend this home. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great having a gas grill. "

"We had a lovely week! House has everything you could possibly want and was clean. The screened in porch with a view of the ocean was our favorite spot. Enjoyed sitting on the dock everyday and nighttime pool tournaments. We ended each day with a soak in the hot tub. You do hear the guests at the restaurant next door but it didn't bother us at all. The owner was great to deal with, I highly recommend this spot."

"This well-appointed cottage is perfect for a Maine get-away! Watch the sunset each evening on an idyllic screened porch - feel cozy and comfortable nestled within the beautiful property overlooking a marsh. The gracious hosts have provided everything possible to make the cottage feel like a home away from home. And Arrowsic is a great home-base for coastal and inland day trips. A fantastic cottage to relax and unplug in! "
"This home is every bit as beautiful as the photos, but the library was our absolute favorite place to hang out, watch movies, play board games, and do puzzles together. Kitchen well-stocked and easy to navigate, and decor is extremely tasteful and discriminating. Pool was welcomed on the hot days and after yoga in the studio, and the pool floats, towels, and toys that were provided were a bonus! We had worries about not having AC in the main house but the fans and night breezes put those worries to rest. Day trips to Popham Beach and Bath for fresh fish and farmer’s market veggies were awesome. Fishing off the dock while watching a USS destroyer sail by on its way to and from Bath Ironworks for sea trials was epic (bring sneakers to get to the dock). If you’re looking for a retreat at a place where your family can spread out, break bread, and relax together in the beautiful state of Maine, this is it."
