"Wonderfully equipped property. The stone fireplace with dry firewood was a highlight and puts this property on top along with the extremely dog friendly setup and welcome for our pets. Beautiful waterfront. All very cozy in a Maine snowstorm that created a wonderful ambiance. Great location.....private but close to everything. Reid State Park a must visit for a beach walk even in winter."

"We loved the farmhouse! It was a lovely and unique property. The house had such interesting and thoughtful decor throughout, including musical instruments. We especialy enjoyed the birdhouses and feeders. The screened porch was perhaps the best part, followed closely by the inviting fire pit area. The kitchen was well-equpped and had everything we needed. There was just enough room for our family of 4 and we took advantage of the proximity to Popham Beach, which was super convenient. There is a cute general store right down the street as well, which has mostly everything you could need.Erika was so responsive, helpful, and kind. We would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderful visit!"
