Stunning ocean views, first class accommodation - now with beautiful pool & deck

The property is next door to the beautiful Turtle Bay Villa. The views from the wrap around veranda are simply stunning with 360 views - see photographs.
2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a King Sized bed and the other has a double. The furniture is Indonesian antiques acquired during our time in the Far East. Top quality accommodation on par with the villa next door. Please see the photographs which give a flavor of the property. We are located on a rocky elevated peninsula. The elevation provides the stunning views and refreshing breezes. Access to the beautiful Hooper's Bay Beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll. We have just installed Fiber Optic Broadband.
We have two other properties. Turtle Bay 3 is the indentical unit below this unit on the first floor. The reference is 4712663

We had a wonderful stay. Rob, the owner & property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo is in a central location, so it made it fairly easy and quick to get around to different parts of the island. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Turtle Bay House 2 was an amazing experience. Robert was such a great host and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those traveling to Exuma. The view from the balcony was incredible and the location was close to many beaches and restaurants.

What a beautiful home and location. The front porch was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the view. Home was clean and spacious. Many many thanks to Robert for coming to our rescue - our rental car battery died as we were leaving to head to airport. After waiting a while for the car rental company to meet us with no luck, we contacted Robert and he was able to jump us off in a few minutes. He is a gracious host and his kindness was above an beyond any expectations. We are thankful to him for sharing this beautiful space and for his help. We have already booked our next trip with him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart again!

I love this property. I stayed here last year and loved it then as well. The host, Robert, is superb. He is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We had an issue with the internet connection, and he was over within 3 minutes. Also, his recommendations on things to do and places to go were spot-on for us. Thank you to Robert and his beautiful wife for the sharing of their little part of Exuma. We will be back next year for sure!

This place is fantastic! the views, the balcony, the size! We will definitely be staying here again! Communication with the host was great! Our only real issue was we did not have hot water until our 6th and final day and the water pressure was very low. The host did try her best to get the water fixed for us though; which shows how caring this place is. I would recommend bringing soap for your bathroom and extra towels.

We had the entire top floor of Turtle Bay in Exuma. The wrap around porch, view, owner and house were all amazing. The house had everything we needed including a beautiful and spotless pool. The owner always answered our questions in minutes. We will be back!

We could not travel due to Corona so we cannot actually rate this particular trip or home. We have traveled to Exuma before and love the island. The owners were nice enough to credit us the full amount of our stay toward a future visit. We are currently requesting a week in February 2021 after which I am certain I will have a wonderful review.

My stay at Turtle Bay 2 was just like I dreamed about. The property was very nice, and the views of the sea from my unit were breathtaking and a beautiful way to wake up to the day. The property had everything we needed and was in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. This is what I have been dreaming about for eight years, and it finally happened, just like in my dream. I will be returning year after year because I have now found my place of healing, release, renewal, rejuvenation, tranquility, serenity, happiness, and peace. My new island home away from home!

House has a great view of Hoopers Bay, a great place to enjoy calm waters and swim with sea turtles. Centrally located, with Tropic of Cancer beach at the south east end, and Coco Plum an equal distance to the west and George Town 10 minutes away. Food and ALC only about 3 minutes away. You should get a car, 4 wheel drive is not needed. The house is comfortable. Kitchen has it all in my view. Owner is onlly a mile or two away and is willing to help with info and suggestions.. We have been to Exume 3 times, twice at this property and are planning on returning next year.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend to anyone! The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, oil, saran wrap, etc. The house has A/C which is a huge bonus. There was also a large fan that we used at night for white noise (we're fan sleepers). The beds were comfortable. Towels for beach and bath were supplied along with beach chairs, cooler, and an umbrella. The view is stunning. It's literally 180 degree view of turquoise water. The porch is deep and has comfy seating. We sat out there a lot to read and relax. The pool is a bonus! We used it a few times at the end of the day and it was a great temperature and size. The beach- the closest is a 5 min walk to Turtle Bay/Hooper's Bay. The sand is white and fine and YES there were turtles right there in the bay! We ventured out to several other beaches- Coco Plum, Tropic of Cancer, Stocking Island, and Forbes Hill. This location was superb. Seemed like we were right in the middle of the island and could get to both northern and southern points in about 30 min. There were 3 grocery stores nearby, one within walking distance. We cooked breakfast at the house each day, had lunch out, and ate our leftovers for dinner each night. Meals were at Splash, Big D's, Stocking Island Bar, and Shirley's. Thank you so much for this wonderful accommodation! The caretakers were fabulous too!

The home offers plenty of space and comfort for a family to enjoy. The wrap around deck offered stunning views of Hooper's Bay. We also enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool a few evenings after our day of activities and watch the sunset. The house is located almost in the center of Great Exuma. It made getting around really nice since you could get to either end of the island in about 30 minutes. Supper convenient to the airport (10 minute drive) and 2 grocery stores close by. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Hooper's Bay beach access to go swim with the turtles as well. The only 2 negative things we found were the door handles are difficult to turn and the lock on the front door stuck in the lock position when we went out the door twice locking behind us and the shower water pressure is really low. The positives of this house far outweigh the few inconveniences and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our first trip to Great Exuma and this property was the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the island had to offer. The elevated location offered amazing views of Hooper's Bay and wonderful breezes. Our daughter loved the pool. This property is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The owner is very responsive and a wealth of knowledge, offering suggestions on what to do and where to go. We loved our time on Exuma and look forward to a return trip. We will book this property again!

We had a great week at Turtle Bay 2 - the view of Hooper's Bay is terrific! The breezes thru the great room kept the house cool, no AC needed. Robert greeted us as we arrived and gave us a good overview of the property and Exuma in general. The pool was nice for the hot days, and the beach chairs came in handy for trips to nearby beaches. Sometimes the water pressure was lower than expected, but it was generally ok. Robert was also helpful in recommending the local Doctors Hospital for our return Covid test. Appointment made online, quick/easy testing, and results emailed to us within the hour. Very nice.... Overall, Turtle Bay was a nice place and would very much consider for our next trip to Exuma.
