"Checkin office not clear as name did not state Geo98 on office door but something esoterically different. Had to pay 200 Ringgits ($44.00USD) as deposit upfront and show receipt slip upon departure to get refunded. There was a cost if you lost the key as well. Do not lose the deposit receipt or no refund! The security here was good as you can’t use elevator without electronic key or cross a walking bridge to town stores. Parking was great & close to room. NO HOT WATER for showers! One towel...

"A very nice option for when you're visiting Genting Highlands. Less than 10 minutes drive from the mall and theme park area with lots of facilities within the property itself. The room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast selection was OK, however some things ran out quickly due to the long weekend crowd. Facilities were fine, we enjoyed the heated pool. There is a paid rooftop experience where you can take some beautiful photos - a bit pricey but...

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....
