There is one bedroom with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles to suit your preferences, and a living room featuring original stone walls, a preserved bread oven, and niches from the old henhouse. The bathroom has a shower, and the spacious private tiled kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all cleaning essentials, including a vacuum cleaner. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and ironing facilities. The property provides homemade jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on-site, as well as a baby cot for families.



Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the pool and park, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The shared garden features both covered and open terraces with a stone barbecue for outdoor dining. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is open from May to late September, accessible in 1-hour slots from 9 am to 7 pm (or 8 pm in summer). You also have access to table tennis, a mini billiards table, a tennis court, and a shared playground.



On-site parking is available. Up to two pets are welcome. A shuttle to the train station is offered.
