Ideally located in the heart of Genova.

We booked this property but were told afterwards that it wasn't available and that we would be provided with a different apartment. That wasn't a problem for us, but the apartment we were given was not properly clean, so much so that we didn't feel like we could walk barefoot and ended up having to keep our shoes on inside. There were also insects in the sheets, which we tried to get rid of the best we could, but I ended up waking up with bite marks all over my body. I just wish it was a cleaner space.

Very stressful check in, with a requirement to call 30 min ahead. Called and no answers. Finally called the agency and solved. An extra cost added as i needed to activate roaming... Room just ok, unfortunately the bathroom had strong mold. Air conditioning was only working as a fan.

Bonjour, tout c'est bien dĂ©roulĂ© hors mi deux points nĂ©gatifs a notre goĂ»t... Premier point : pas beaucoup d'info sur le lieu exacte de l'hĂ©bergement, nous avons du chercher, avec les valise a la main et sous la pluie, prĂ©voyez de vous renseigner en amont, ou l'hĂ©bergeur doit donner plus d'explications, une fois arrivĂ© devant la porte, porte close, on sonne mai personne ne nous rĂ©pond, toujours sous la pluie, au bout de 5 min, un groupe de jeunes rentre et nous emboitons le pas, une fois rentrĂ©, une grille nous empĂȘche de montĂ© dans le bĂątiment, au moin nous Ă©tions a l'abris de la pluie... On a du en catastrophe et sans rĂ©seau internet se dĂ©brouiller pour tĂ©lĂ©charger l'application Abritel afin de trouver le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone du gĂ©rant... Suite a sa il et trĂšs rapidement arrivĂ© et nous a tout ouvert et tout bien expliquĂ©, personne aimable et gentil, tout le reste Ă©tait top, prĂ©voyez des boules quies pour la nuit si vous ĂȘtes sensible au bruit, mai ce n'est pas trop notre cas, l'hĂ©bergement se situe en plein hyper centre, trĂšs vivant et beaucoup de choses Ă  voir, une journĂ©e et bien-sĂ»r absolument insuffisante... Dommage que la mĂ©tĂ©o n'est pas Ă©tait plus clĂ©mente mai sĂ©jour trĂšs bien dans l'ensemble
