Welcome to our Quaint, Freshly Updated, approx 600 sq ft., 2nd Floor unit in Historic downtown Geneva. This is the perfect place to come back to after a day of activities. The apartment offers a shared front screened porch and backyard, 4 blocks from Geneva Train Station to Chicago and steps from the bars, restaurants, and shops on both 3rd St and Rt 38. Bring a bicycle or walk to the River Bike Path that takes you into St. Charles or Batavia. Wifi and Cable included.
Amazing Location!!!

This is a small, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room and pull out couch. Entire apartment with shared front porch and backyard. There is a ring Video Doorbell. Tampering with or blocking said camera will result in immediate termination of rental.

I am available for anything needed while staying via phone or email.

With over 160 specialty shops and restaurants, downtown historic Geneva is one of the best shopping & dining experiences where choices are infinite. Several festivals throughout the summer and a great place to stay year round.

There will be a $250-300 charge for any guest if there is cigarette smoking inside the apartment.

Quaint and Quiet Rental
Upper unit that was updated beautifully, meticulously cleaned, and peaceful. Two things to be aware of - the only air conditioning is in the kitchen window so the bedrooms can get warm and stuffy. Multiple fans were provided. Also, the is no table or desk to work on, just a narrow counter with two backless stools. Would stay again, just an FYI for someone hoping to work from the rental.

My mom, aunts and I stayed a few nights to visit family in Geneva and this house was perfect. The proximity to downtown is awesome- just a quick walk down the block to shops, restaurants, and night life. The house was the perfect size for the four of us and it was clean.

Good little 2nd floor apartment - very convenient to get in and out. Close to the river and several nice restaurants (walking distance). Well maintained with new appliances. Just be careful with the bathroom door - it and the sink will bite you if not careful. 😊

The location is great for us. We have friends who live nearby. The house was perfect for us and our pets. A word of warning to those who follow us, they should have a book with facts about the area including restaurants, parks, and other amenities. It would have been really helpful if there were instructions for the five TV remote controls, only two of which seemed to do anything. The choice of channels, once I figured things out, was great with lots of streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, Disney+, Paramount+, etc. I had to buy a battery for the garage door opener. I also bought a can opener (there wasn't one in the house). We had to borrow stemmed wine glasses. There are no microwavable dishes except for the Pyrex measuring cup I bought and left. The other dishes and cooking pots and pans are adequate. The gas grill was efficient. There was only one wash cloth for the showers, but the host did bring us some new ones. There were no dish towels. We bought a couple to leave. There are no pillows for the back bedroom. Other than the response we got for the wash cloths, the host was non-responsive to my emails.

Nice option in the western suburbs!
Very pleasant stay thank you. Located on a fairly busy road, so noise and backing out down the steep driveway may be an issue for some but you can’t beat the location to the shops & restaurants in Geneva. Exterior could use a little TLC, but property is extremely clean and very well equipped. Heating is provided by space heaters when downstairs tenant hasn’t turned on the radiator heat to the home. Please note there are two sets of small steep stairs to get up to unit but would probably only be an issue if you’ve got lots of luggage. Loved the neighborhood, good communication with owner before and after the stay. Thanks again!

Great Apartment!
This is a darling apartment - was perfect for just me, but would be great for two couples or a girlfriend trip. It's completely remodeled and modernized, but retains the charm of an old home. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Fox River Trail. I would stay again!
