"Nice room overall, but we noticed some housekeeping details that could be improved, including dust on the headboard, dust around the mirror closet door frame, and a black hair on the bathroom tile wall. The staff could also be more welcoming — a smile when guests arrive would create a much warmer first impression, as they often seemed to keep their heads down when customers came in. On the positive side, the swimming pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable.✨🏨"
