Love the location, the quirkiness, the team and the building. Even though the furniture is now a little tired, it is still much nicer than your standard cookie cutter hotel design. Very welcoming and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again once refurbished! Thanks Team Medusa for a great stay

Medusa hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross metro making it easy to get to the city centre. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

The staff was really friendly and forthcoming with any topics. I could arrange an earlier check-in and later check out without any issues. The hotel and room is quite nice and the location is perfect for walking towards the city or any restaurants or supermarkets around the corner. I would highly recommend this place for anyone planning to stay in Sydney. The staff is fantastic is super helpful. The rooms are quite nice. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There’s also easy access to public transit for going pretty much anywhere.

Loved the interior of the hotel ( although the style was in need of some updating), overall very comfortable. I was in a large room on the ground floor. Be aware that it’s an old building with creeks and noises so ear plugs if you are sensitive. The staff were friendly and helpful and the position was perfect.
