"I honestly was looking so forward to getting away. She makes it sound so amazing in the overview. While the cabin is pretty much as pictured, the pond and property are not. There is goose poop everywhere the grass is overgrown. I should have known when i got an email the day of telling me now i have to bring my own propane tank.i asked her if it was completely secluded quickly after booking. "We were looking for a place near Letchworth Park and SO happy we stumbled across this gem. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had easy access to Silver Lake. The bed was extremely comfortable, paper products, coffee etc…were also provided. There are plenty of places to eat close by and Letchworth Park was just a short drive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. All the thoughtful little touches made you feel very welcome. "

"I booked a long weekend with friends and I enjoyed our stay! Everything was really clean and my friends said the beds were pretty comfortable. I thought so too! We weren't able to swim in the lake but it was beautiful and the view from the loft was amazing. We liked how quaint the neighborhood was. We all said we would stay again! "

"We were in town to see family and this was the perfect spot for our family that lives in Leroy and Batavia. The only comment I have to share is that the shower is small and I only say so because then you won’t be surprised. It works fine just small is all. All else was very nice and enjoyable. "

"It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for adult children to come and visit. Kitchen is a little lacking in cooking utensils (no cookie sheet) and there was a bit of a problem with some ants on the counter the last morning, but nothing is perfect. Had an issue with the heat being on and not AC. Called the owner and it was delt with immediately! I would recommend this place!"

"The property had everything we needed and was close to Geneseo where friends of ours live. Especially grateful that we could bring our senior dog. We highly recommend the Ring of Fire on Conesus Lake. We also enjoyed hiking at Stony Brook State Park, kayaking on Hemlock Lake, and breakfast at The Barn. It was a great place to celebrate the 4th. Hope to return and spend more time."

"This is a lovely, updated property in a great location. We really enjoyed walking to the Busy Bean for breakfast. However, the unit had a very strong scent. I don’t know if it was an air freshener which was used throughout or the strong fragrance on the linens from detergent/fabric softener. All the soaps were scented too. "My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"
