"This was one of the most charming and welcoming bed and breakfasts we have stayed at. The Innkeepers really go out of their way with the little touches to make you feel welcome and at home. Not to mention the house itself is absolutely beautiful. Check in was very easy. They send you detailed communications with everything you need to know for your stay. They're also available if you should need anything while you're there. Plus the House's location is perfect for exploring the Canandaigua area. We stayed in Henry's Haven and the bed was very comfortable. Having your own ensuite is a plus as well. Breakfast the next morning was also very good. It was a four course meal served along with coffee, tea, two kinds of juice and water. We really enjoyed the conversations with the other guests at breakfast as well. Highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed."

"My husband and I stayed at the cabin for a couple of nights as I had a booth at the Keuka Arts Festival nearby. It was the perfect place to relax after long busy days at the festival. We loved how peaceful and cosy it was, how clean everything was, and how clear all the directions on what to expect were. There were no surprises. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Comfortable, old-fashioned motel (I was having nostalgia for road trips with my parents in the 60s and 70s) in great condition in a beautiful little town. I was traveling on business in Geneseo (about 20 minutes up the road), but was glad I stayed here in Perry. If you like vintage motor-hotels, you will love the Park Lake Motel!"

"We needed a large property to accommodate 18 adults who were in the area for a local college graduation. We decided to extend the weekend an extra day to enjoy the area. The house was perfect. We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. The open floor plan with a large dining table next to the open kitchen made cooking and dining a breeze. The bedrooms were all spacious enough and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms on the second floor were an unusual layout but they ended up working out fine. The area was beautiful. We were able to explore a brewery and a winery and would like to go back some time to see more of the area. The outside area of the home was delightful to sit and take in the beautiful lake view.The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a property to accommodate a large group of mixed ages and families, this is it. Everyone enjoyed their stay and made it a point to thank me for finding the perfect place for all of us."

"Our family visited the weekend of our daughter’s college graduation with my husband’s parents, brother, sister-in-law and their kids. The house has plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. There’s a relaxing porch/deck overlooking the lake with plenty of lake toys and fishing equipment for kids young and old! Dana was quick to reply and a wonderful host"
