Upon arrival, the front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming—offering no assistance with luggage, which is surprising for a property of this caliber. "We've stayed at Hotel Hammer several times... and we will keep going back! An easy train ride from Frankfurt Airport and the hotel is directly across the street from the train station. We get greeted warmly every visit and much of the staff now feels like family. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet with special windows to reduce the noise. Breakfast is very nice with a coffee machine so you can make your own latte or cappuccino! "
