"Great property. Two things I had trouble with…. There is no dryer. We were traveling as four and no car so we had to rely on this washing machine without dryer. Japan is so humid that washed clothes would not be dried next day. This property is a little far from the main station and a little bit walk. We do not mind walking but when we are tired, it is hard to walk with this distance. We had to give up to go to Susukino but there are tons of restaurants around the property so we didn’t miss...

"Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "

"Expedia messed up and didn’t confirm the reservation, glad the hotel was still able to help us get situated. Excellent, very clean and large hotel for our traveling family of 7."

"We loved staying here! The apartment was on its on floor so a huge sense of privacy. The skinny apartment building was a novelty too. Easy to check in and out with great instructions. Great location! We could walk and take trains everywhere to get around Sapporo. Apartment itself was great - spacious, clean, modern. For a family of 4. We loved staying here! "

"Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email."

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view. Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. Bathtub was super slippery and uncomfortable to shower in as there is a slope and bathroom has a very low ceiling which I hit my...

"The place was a abt17 min walk from the Sapporo station , comfortable living place for family of 4 . Like the nightlights and usb charger near each of the beds, even provided laundry wash .. check on was east . There are convenience shops nearby and a small restaurant that is just beside the building . Strongly recommended for those with family "

"Everything in Expedia information is wrong, location in the map and provided telephone number so we have to walk through falling snow more than 1.5 KM. to the right place. However the apartment finally solved the problems but due to wrong informations so I have to reserve another hotel at least 3 days and spend money more. After you submit online check in, the apartment will send you a right document to you and it's very accurate and there are pictures inside. The apartment needs full address...

"2家族6人（うち子供2人）で宿泊。 広くて快適に過ごせて概ね満足です。 各家族のプライバシーも守れました。 割り箸、歯ブラシ、は持参必須です。 機会があればまた利用したいです。 残念な点は3点ありました。 ①お箸が汚ない 菜箸にありがちな竹箸で、溝に汚れが溜まって、洗っても落ちず臭って不衛生 ②羽織物を掛けられない 棚だらけで、ハンガーを掛けられる場所がひとつもない ③掃除不行き届き 都合上、家具を少しずらしたら埃が溜まっていた"
