Error

We did not stay. There was an error made. My reservation was for the Sopot address in the confirmation email I was sent. But when we got there, the door codes would not work. The host did not return my messages, but the property manager called and told me what happened - apparently they had somewhere in Gdansk for us instead. I still, 24 hours later, have not heard from the host, and have not received a refund. I had paid Bolt to travel to Sopot, and also had to pay for a hotel there.
