The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service" It was really nice hearing the piano played in the lobby too ...very relaxing ! Sibel at reception was very helpful always with a beautiful smile 😊 She changed me to a lovley room with a great view and helped with all my bookings. Her front desk management is very good 👌 Ive stayed in a few different rooms ...all were very clean and comfortable. The pillows were really nice and thd beds are very comfortable too! Mihrac from guest relations is excellent at her job ,making guests feel very comfortable and seeing to all there needs. Mihrac upgraded me to a suite with a jacuzzi bath for my last two nights making my stay a very memorable one. I enjoyed a swim in the heated pool and had a few lovely massages. All staff have been great ! Im leaving today feeling well rested and very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
