"I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou"

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."

"Great place next to nice pub with good food and beer. Plenty of off road parking, spacious and well laid out room with easy chair, desk chair, tea, instant coffee and pod coffee, biscuits and fridge. No breakfast, so take your own. No reception so be aware that you need to provide a mobile number in order to receive a digital key, or chack your emails for instructions on how to retrieve a key card."

"The rooms were lovely and big, the only issues were that either the jacuzzi bath didn't work or we couldn't work out how to use it, as we couldn't find instructions. The windows are quite draughty and we couldn't work out how to turn off the bathroom light. However, the bed was very comfortable, there is a nice kitchenette, and it's very well situated!"

"Stop over while visiting Sandringham. Ideal situation staff helpyroom ideal would use again easy parking"

"The staff are very friendly here with a genuine aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are set out motel style with each room having direct access to outside the property. Overall, the rooms are basic but more importantly, clean. However, for the rate I booked was £160. This amount of money, I found it poor value. "the free eggs benedict was the best ive ever had, hotel was beautuful and so much charactor, wonderful staff, clean roon, and even offered Netflix!"

"Next to a very busy, noisy road. Cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom plus a long dark hair on my hand towel, which I wiped on my face. The staff were very nice and the food was good though. I wouldn’t return due to cleanliness and noise"

"Clean room. Excellent staff, kept the kitchen open for us as we arrived a bit late on a Sunday. All good."

"Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay"

"Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from."

"The staff courtesy was good"

"Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom. Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course. Great location for seeing the area. The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean."
