"I love this place! The layout is so welcoming! The pool is lovely and clean. The bar area is cosy, and the restaurant is set out nicely with a lovely ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and really well cooked. The staff are just exceptional! Absolutely every single person we spoke to could not do enough to help, and nothing was a problem. I had a knee replacement 2 weeks before our stay, and had not realised I’d need an accessible room, and although the first night they had none available, first thing next morning they moved us to one. This is one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed, and it’s totally down to the wonderful staff. Omar… you were brilliant! As was the lovely chap who helped me out of the taxi last night just as he was leaving his shift. Thank you all so much x"

"This hotel is located right beside the canal and there is bar and restaurant next to it, so you can either sit outside and enjoy the peacefulness of the canal or you can take your drinks etc back to the room if you wish. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and have both a fan and fridge which is an added bonus. Plus the staff are very welcoming and helpful hence why have visited 3 times now and will definitely return "

"We came as a family, myself and 4 daughters for a pre wedding spa break. The rooms dl were very well appointed in the modern section of the hotel. We found the restaurant facilities to be of a high standard and the food was very good. It would have been nice to have waiter service for drinks when in the bar instead of having to queue at the bar but the cocktails were very good anyway so that made up for having to queue. The spa facilities were very nice and the treatments were very good. We would have liked a jacuzzi but it didn't spoil the experience.Great gardens for a early morning walk"

"A lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities a beautiful golf course and leisure facilities. The breakfast was very good and the food in the bar was also good. Only issue for me was the bed was a bit tired with the springs feeling through and the pillows just not firm enough for my liking. "
