As you ascend to the upper level, you'll discover a delightful game room featuring a pool table and a flat-screen TV, accompanied by a full bath. From this vantage point, you'll enjoy a splendid overview of the living area below. Moving to the main level, prepare to be enchanted by the generously-sized master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a see-through fireplace, enhancing the ambiance. Additionally, indulge in relaxation with an extra-large whirlpool tub for two.

The spacious living area seamlessly merges with a fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere for culinary adventures. An open living room, with a dual fireplace separating it from the master bedroom, adds warmth and charm to the space. Step out onto the expansive rear deck to unwind in the large hot tub, surrounded by the soothing warmth of the waters, providing the perfect respite after a day filled with shopping, dining, and a myriad of activities.

For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. Please note that the driveway does have a somewhat steep incline, and during winter weather conditions, four-wheel or all-wheel drive is essential for safe access. Rest assured, you'll find ample parking space for two vehicles to accommodate your needs.

The driveway was pretty steep but overall a great place to stay. The design may be outdated (based on previous reviews) but I absolutely loved the set up. It was perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Although it was a bit outdated, we had everything we needed, and it was very clean. There are definitely bears around. Had I had of read the previous reviews, I could have prepared myself when I met one in the pitch black while walking my dog. no fault of the property, just made me a little uneasy. They set up camp at the bottom of the driveway, they were fun to watch..from inside.

Lovely stay

The views are incredible! The house was clean and fitted us perfectly. Even though we brought our own crate, they provided one already set up for our dog while we left the property. Quiet neighborhood but VERY steep roads up to the house as well as the driveway. The house could use some updating but not bad at all. The landscaping wasn’t very good. We also got to see bears walking through the property every day we were there but they were not aggressive. We also left them alone and just watched from the deck.

This Place Needs a Facelift Worse Than I Do

Furniture is all dilapidated and appears to be original to 1990 when it was purchased. Hot tub was nice but missing parts. Not really enough dishes without running dishwasher often. Trash can had holes in the bottom. Bathroom was ugh. Baseboards and corners are not cleaned at all. Vines and overgrown trees covered what could have been a stunning view of the Great Smokies. Parking is very hard in a larger vehicle. Don't attempt a camper or trailer up this driveway... I would have taken a different vehicle if I had known the steep and hairpin curve in the driveway.Could be so beautiful with a facelift. Location was exceptional. Appliances all worked well. HVAC was good.

Pleasant stay

Overall the stay was pleasant. Only two minor points of complaint: Upstairs toilet had issues flushing and outdoor hot tub controls were 'broken' or intentionally unresponsive w/ temp stuck at 100 degrees (probably for safety reasons).

Beutiful View

We thought it was a great cabin for the price and had great time while there. Very quiet with beautiful views of the Smokies and downtown Gatlinburg. I'd do it again!!

Very pleased!

My husband and I wanted a last minute weekend getaway and I booked this rental and we were very pleased! The response was immediate when I emailed asking questions and the check in process was so smooth. The house was very clean and very cozy. The area was beautiful and quiet yet we were only minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We did not bring pets but glad its an option for a future stay. Very impressed with our last minute reservation and will book directly with Diamond Mountain rentals!

2 bears first day, Awesome!!!

Great location on the mountain, we had great mountain setting from the deck and was nice and quiet. The cabin was nicely laid out for convienience and useability. The hot tub on the deck was nice and warm but couldnt figure out how to use the jets, it was dark out so probably operator error. My only critique was that the "fire place" is an electric, i couldnt tell from the pictures. The property was clean and everything operated as it should. We saw 2 black bears the first day and that set the tone.

SUPER Steep Road

The road to get up to the property is super steep and so is the driveway. However, the hosts were super helpful and tried everything to accommodate us. If you have experience driving on mountain roads, you’ll have no issues. We are so appreciative of Diamond Mountain rentals and will more than likely call to book with them again. We will just request no steep roads. The house is super nice with a retro interior. We loved the house and the view.

Last minute getaway

The cabin was available on a very short notice at a great price and check in/out super easy. Only 4 minutes to Ober gatlinburg to ride tram down. Tram has changed hours and doesn’t run as late. :(. Only 4-5 minutes to the parkway, too. The setup was nice, liked the bed in the middle of the room. Driveway is steep, but we came in good weather. Hot tub was nice but some jets not working, we still enjoyed our morning coffee in it! There was just enough leaves that had fallen to give us a view of the sunrise. Thank you!

Rated a 3. Pictures on site misleading for price.

Not what we expected for price. Not updated. Rugs were torn and not vacuumed. Smell was not fresh. Trees blocked mountain view. Grass not mowed.

Very nice cabin/house Clean, attractive View was obscured a bit but within a few feet outside the house was a beautiful view, but nice privacy and seclusion which was what we needed.

Hill house

Cleanliness was fine. Extreme steep driveway. House was pretty dated. Hot tub poor. Weak jets and damaged hot tub cover. Would stay in a more rural area next trip and a more updated facility.
