We will most certainly return! The price is great, the place is clean and very nice! My one and only complaint is the A/C is restricted to 70 and they don’t allow it to go lower than that. I don’t sleep well so we propped the sliding door to the balcony open to get the cool night air. Summertime I wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping here. I keep my thermo on 66 at home.

Check-in and check out was quick and painless! Wifi was great, and there was no trouble parking, especially for Gatlinburg where parking is at a premium! Location ws within reasonable walking distance from just about everything on the strip.Kitchen was a bit small, so I couldn't really cook anything, and bit of paneling on the side of the bathtub was detached, but this was only cosmetic. All in all, this was a great place!

It was very close to everything so that was awesome! The panel to the spa tub kept falling off so the electrical tape someone used to try and keep it closed didnt work. That was no big deal. The reason i gave this rating was because the coffee can was emoty abd there was no dish soap to wash the dishes we used. There was a spinge privided but nothing to actually was out the coffee pot or 2 cups we used. This just scares me. We did enjoy our stay until i went to wash the dishes.

4th of July getaway

Cabin was clean and designed very nice. We enjoyed the short walks to food,shops and attractions. Had a good stay. Perfect for 2 adults!

Great location for walking everywhere!

There was this the perfect spot for my husband and me. The VRBO had all of the amenities we needed for a five nights stay in Gatlinburg. The only time we needed to drive was to the arts and crafts district and Dollywood. Otherwise, we stayed parked and walked everywhere. Highly recommend walking the Gatlinburg trail, dining at Howard‘s and visiting Anakeesta (make sure you take time to enjoy the Astra Lumina light show)!

Nice location and easy to find

Close to everything and easy to get to from bypass. Able to miss all the traffic coming in to gatlinburg

We enjoyed our stay…condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We love the proximity to town…just a minutes walk to the Main Street! Condo host was prompt with communication. No complaints at all! We would definitely seek out this host and condo in the future.

Pleasant Stay

The grounds and condo were clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and the bed and couch were comfortable. Sandy was great to work with. We would stay here.

Only issue i had was ac didn't work right and my daughter came to visit one night and pull out didnt work had a note on it not to use and had a blow up mattress there for use to use but would blow up had a hole i guess but overall was a great time. Thanks

The Perfect Getaway

The perfect getaway for 2 .location was perfect walking distance to everything on the parkway. The host were the nicest people's you every meet with anything we needed they were there for us.on the Last day of our stay we saw a bear outside our room can't say enough of how nice the room was We will definitely be back.

Gatlinburg for ballgame

We enjoyed our stay. It was definitely worth the price. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The location was within walking distance of downtown. We did not receive our entry code so we had to call to get it, but that worked out. The interior was nice, but the exterior could use at least a paint job. Parking was easy and convenient. The oven door would not stay closed and the front eye on the range did not work. But having said that, would stay here again.

Mediocre, at best

The description of the “condo” states that it’s a luxury condo, luxury wouldn’t be a word that I would use to describe it. The “full” kitchen is a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, that only 1 stove eye worked, an RV sized oven, that the door wouldn’t close on, and an RV sized refrigerator that worked perfectly. The entire condo is very small, the pictures definitely don’t depict it to accuracy. The living room TV definitely had a cable package, just as described, but it’s a cable package from 1999.. standard definition and all. The bedroom tv, we had to sign into our personal roku account to use it at all- that’s fine, but definitely not something I’ve experienced in any luxury condo or hotel I’ve stayed in. Overall, it seems more like an old motel that they added small kitchenette appliances to and called it condo. As far as cleanliness, we wore socks and shoes the entire time because the floor, throughout the entire place, was extremely sticky. Possibly from using more than necessary cleaning solution? The hot water heater only supplies enough hot water for one person to shower and you have to wait a good 40 minutes for it to refill before the second person can shower comfortably. I ran a little bath water to shave my legs and tons of dirt and debris came out of the jets- clearly it hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. Overall, you get what you pay for but the costs definitely shouldn’t be a “winter special”.. it should be standard, year round, for what you’re getting.

A fun few days but crazy busy during "Hell Week"!

If you dont like super busy, dont visit between Christmas and New Years! Restaurant waits were as long as 3 hours. Taste testings at most of the cider and moonshine establishments had lines out the door. Stand still traffic at times in Gatlinburg all the way to Pidgeon Forge. Our condo was very small as we knew it would be. Ok for just 2 people but would be difficult for anymore than just 2. Our condo was on the far end of the downtown strip, and while we didnt mind walking, please know it is a little bit of a walk to some of the main eating and adult beverage establishments, especially when its crazy busy and wall to wall people like it was when we visited.Our condo was nicely decorated but no extras. For example, there were no hangers in the closets to hang our clothes. (Not something we think of to bring when we travel.) The bathroom was very small. There was no place to put our toiletries or hook on the back of the door to hang a robe or clothes as we were getting ready. While there was a fully stocked kitchen, there were only 1s of a wine and champagne glass. The TVs didnt work all week. And while we werent there to watch TV, we would have enjoyed watching the local news, etc for 30 minutes a day. (The owner was advised of this and told us that maintenance would come check it out. She was pleasant and responsive to our questions but after the 2nd time of asking, we finally just dropped it.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay!atlbug
