"Our room was fantastic it was clean best air conditioning staff was amazing the owner was so kind and very friendly .the kids had so much fun at the pools the spa is not hot tho.but would stay again"

"As expected - good clean modern room. Kitchenette featured microwave, small fridge, kettle, cutlery/crockery and sink. Filtered still or sparkling water also available from the bar to avoid single-use bottles. Nice shampoo, conditioner and hand and body wash in large bottles, also avoiding waste. Convenient location in the CBD, walk to everything. There’s a great cocktail bar (Temperance & General) down the laneway next to the hotel. Hotel restaurant/bar has a Mediterranean theme and looks quite good. Quick check in/out and luggage collection."

"Difficult to actually access due to lat out of one way streets and entrance is at the rear down a one way lane. The lower levels appear to be maybe reserved for homeless or govt suppported persons but they caused no issues. In fact all cheerful and said hi. Hotel has a range of food and gambling venues and a childrens playground"
