"We arrived very late due to a flight delay & the front desk attendant was so accommodating realizing myself & family were exhausted. She got us rooms together & gave us one bedrooms. She was so nice. The breakfast staff was the same—asking if we needed anything to make our stay better etc. Our beds were very comfortable too. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Room was clean, just felt outdated. The tile floor in front of the elevator looked like it had dried pop all over it. It was very sticky. Was that way when I checked in and still that way when I checked out the next morning. "

"Excellent hotel! Oh my goodness what a breath of fresh air to stay here! Everyone is so friendly! The hotel is immaculate! The food was fantastic and free including alcoholic drinks, if you drink. I can’t say enough good things about it! The room and bathroom is super nice. So clean. Bed is excellent! Smells super fresh. It’s wonderful! I don’t want to leave! "

"Great place to stay to explore downtown Cleveland. Nice walk to Progressive Field, Rock Hall, and many other things. Easy access to mass transit as well, although we ended up not using it. Facilities in good shape."
