"This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful.
