"Our entire group of girls had an amazing time at Viva Heavens. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay so much better. The food was also good for an all-inclusive. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. Even some of the entertainment employees became our friends. We also went during the “off-season” so the hotel was a bit quieter but we didn’t mind that at all since the employees still made it enjoyable. The cleaning service was also very good and always catered to our needs. Very good stay and would come back again. :))"

"Hay mucho vendedores en la playa, la verdad a mi me gusta caminar, pero es molesto q cada 5 minutos se acercan para ofrecer sus productos, entiendo q todos ganamos la vida, pero es molesto cuando uno les dice q no queremos comprar sus productos, ellos se molestan y empiezan a insultar al turista."
