"Highlight were the beds, super comfortable. Gym was not great with free weight selection and some equipment was not functional. House keeping leaves letter if you leave “Do not disturb” sign on door. This is annoying and I never experienced that before. If I choose not to have my room cleaned every day, that’s my choice. I can see if it’s been 3 or 4 days. The free breakfast was subpar at best."

"Stayed here for the Harry Styles concert. LOVED the HS Happy Hour. Hotel has a great vibe! Small rooms, but they do a great job utilizing every inch! Fantastic location! Definitely recommend!"

"For a hostel - this was pretty good. Private room was small but comfortable and very clean. The shared bathroom was very clean as well. The property was a bit old and showed it in places. The location was excellent."

"Lo bueno: La ubicación es muy conveniente ya que esta cruzando la calle de paradas del subterráneo y cerca de restaurantes, delis y cafeterías con precios no tal altos. Además está al lado de Broadway (literalmente es la calle siguiente al oeste) y a un par de cuadras de Time Square. Lo no tan bueno: Hacia el oeste del hotel se aglomeran repartidores de plataformas y consumen marihuana, por lo que el olor y humo son molestos, además que ocupan espacio en la acera pues es como su punto de reunión. Sumado a los andamios que hay instalados, no es agradable usar ese tramo de acera."
