"Stains all over the walls and carpet ,shower head hasn't been cleaned ,stain on bedding"

"The room we stayed in was a family room; unfortunately although it was exceptionally clean, it was very dated. The lobbies showed a desperate need of TLC. The fire doors had holes in which is a serious issue if a fire were to happen. It seems that half of the hotel was refurbished and our half was not. For three adults and two children, our room was very small and felt at points overcrowded. It would have been a more pleasant experience had we stayed in a more updated and larger room. The pictures advertised were very misleading for the money we paid out. A positive was the children's entertainment and my grandchildren throughly enjoyed the children's entertainer and the magic show."

"Room was filthy stains on bedding stains on side boards mould in shower Tv didn't work when first arrived was half fixed by staff but had to keep messing with it myself at night as no staff around Front of draw was hanging off staff came and fixed Room was freezing no heating what so ever in Room when asked staff about heating told me it was automatic never came on once in Room during weekend Was in a family room that had to walk through people eating in restaurant to get to No entertainment what so ever One member of staff doing reception and bar"

"Hotel was ok the reception looks great and then you get to your room and it is super basic, needs some attention but was ok to sleep in. The bed wasn’t the best but like I said was ok for 1 night. So glad I didn’t pay full price, tried to book spa and no one responded. Reception staff were ok the check out was terrible the staff member just didn’t care at all."

"Facilities and location are fantastic, a real gem of a place. The studio apartment we stayed in was huge, so much room and had everything we could ever need. Leisure centre and on site restaurant were great too. Only negatives were being sent too much information before check in, it felt a little overwhelming for someone who'd never been. A lot of this could've been explained upon arrival instead. Overall would absolutely recommend, and we'll be looking to book again."

"The hotel room was very comfortable and is well designed. The hotel description says there is limited parking but the opposite is true and we were only charged 3 pounds per night. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great. The other amazing thing is that the rooms at the back overlook a giant pond which is teeming with wildlife and we saw a common kestrel hunting above the pond."
