"Arrived late in the evening and even though main meals were finished the chef knocked us up three main meals of our choice. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous and the breakfast area was clean and well prepared."

"We have stayed at The Imperial before as it is lovely. On arrival the staff at the Imperial Hotel are warm & welcoming. All areas are clean. Our room was clean & spacious with a comfy king size bed & coffee, tea & biscuits. The bathroom was also a good size with complimentary shampoo & soap. Entertainment was included in the price. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast & was of a good standard with lots of choice. We'll definitely be back again in the future x"

"We had a lodge that was half way around the lake. There was a parking space right outside and the lodge had a clear view of the lake The kitchen & shower room seemed to be new. It was very clean and had a separate 2nd WC aswell as the main shower room. There are childrens play facillities on site aswell as a bar and restaurant. I felt the bar & restaurant could do with a facelift, but it might be in the pipeline as there are some renovations being done according to a sign at reception. Pine Lake is well placed for visiting a lot of places in the area and I would definitely come here again."

"The only negative is the lift, only one, people who could use stairs and not doing and for us with a pushchair had to wait over 15 minutes to get the lift down."
