The hotel grounds were always kept very clean. We had one issue upon arrival, which was immediately rectified by the on duty manager Jeff. He upgraded our room as well as gifted us a bottle of champagne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Staff were amazingly friendly. Location is great with easy access to beach, surf shop, restaurants and bars. Very clean room and grounds. A/C worked perfectly. Only drawback was a lack of hot water in the shower. Staff tried to repair the water water and it improved slightly. Not a deal breaker:) "
