"I was impressed by this beautiful, brand-new hotel located on the south of the island. The location couldn’t be better — just a short bus ride to Carlisle Bay, close to some great restaurants, and within walking distance of Rockley Beach. The atmosphere of the hotel is modern and elegant, but what truly sets it apart is the team. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond — special thanks to Mario, Kenny, Remario, Troy, Safiyah (the wonderful floor manager), and Chef Andy. Their friendliness and attention to detail made my stay feel personal and welcoming. The food here is very good and I particularly loved the poolside restaurant with its pink motif — a beautiful touch right down to the design of the glassware. The "just in time" cocktails were another highlight. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety, from the omelette station to the bakery section, though I do wish there were an option to book breakfast for one person. Both the ground-floor and rooftop pools are gorgeous, offering spectacular views, especially during sunset. They’re the perfect spots to unwind after a day exploring the island. The hospitality I experienced here truly made my trip memorable. My only recommendation would be to improve the check-in process — relying less on self check-in and introducing a more streamlined reception experience would make arrivals smoother, especially during busy times. I hope I get to return one day. "

"The manor house common areas are decorated artfully and the seating is comfortable. The pool is made to look like a grotto and is very pleasant, especially when the frogs start to sing. Strolling the grounds is a treat and the peacocks are quite entertaining. The dining is excellent and I had shrimp each day in different dishes. The chef cooks it perfectly! "

"We had a fantastic stay at Eden on the Sea. The check-in process was seamless and impressive, with convenient keypad entry making arrival quick and hassle-free. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, with a food court on site and a truly fantastic restaurant offering great dining options. One of the highlights was the snorkelling trips from the beach, where we got to explore incredible shipwrecks. The beach setup was perfect, with comfortable sun loungers and an amazing beach bar that never closed, providing entertainment every night and a great atmosphere. Our room was soundproofed and equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Taxis and shuttle services were easily available, and the staff were always accessible via WhatsApp, responding to our requests quickly and efficiently. Overall, a superb experience,we would definitely return."

"From the moment we walked into the property, we knew we had chosen the right one.The owner had covered every single detailThe property was sparkling clean, the kitchen was so well equipped . We ate dinner in a few times . There was nothing we didn’t have. Fantastic cooker/oven. Outside bbq. Plenty of pots/pans cutlery etc. coffee machine etc. huge fridge freezerAll 3 bedrooms were a great size all with en-suite and walk in wardrobes. Great big showers and bathroom areas with an additional seperate toilet / utility with 2 big washing machines which I used so we only took clean clothes home. Fantastic open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area that extended out to a huge beautiful patio with dining and comfy seating area tooBeautiful clean pool and amazing pickle ball court which we had lots of fun usingThe lovely Chris who met us to check in was waiting for us to show us around and answer question/ be on hand if we needed any advice . The owner was fantastic communicating everything to us. I asked advice on a few things pre holiday and he replied promptly each time . He gave clear instructions on everything about the property pre holiday too so that getting in/ out of doors/gates was smooth. There are NO negatives about this villa It’s situated in a great spot right near beaches one which you can watch the horses bathe in if you get up early enough to see. Its a treat!!!I would so stay here again. There were 6 of us and we were all sad to leave so thank you "
