"We rented an RV and had no idea this was even a thing. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Nothing is ever perfect, but just having someone try their best to make you happy is what matters most to me. The property itself is amazing and this is definitely a place we will come back to, either renting or bringing our own RV. They are also right in the heart of where the best spots on the Frio are."

"Very cute cabin. This cabin is remote. Quite the hike to the private river access. This cabin is not in Concan it is actually on the old Leakey Hwy about 6 miles outside of Concan. I would stay here again but would like to have been more prepared for the location."

"We had 3 families and then grandparents. We spent most of our time outside and the river could not have been better. There is a walk to the river and it is a little steep, if anyone in your party is unsteady in their feet a UTV is a must. Would definitely visit again."

"Overall my stay was a 10/10. The host was prompt with initial check-in. The cabin itself has that cute rustic feel from the moment you walk in…it feels like a sweet little get-away. I didn’t realize the cabin was so close (walking distance) to the river which was a huge plus. Not only is it close to the frio, but super close to Garner state park too! My dogs and I were very comfortable there. So much attention to detail from having a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bag, hand soap was very thoughtful. I also really appreciated not having to bring my own linens too! Everything was very clean as well. The pool is super cute and a nice way to cool off after a day at the river. This little cabin was really a hidden gem. I Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a few days and hopefully I can be back soon. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise."

"House was very nice, just as pictured. We rented thru VRBO and did not see any mention of bringing your own linens. When I messaged on the way down because I had not received codes to enter is when I was told to bring linens. Seems this is not just a VRBO rental but actually thru Frio Fun. They were easy to deal with but you pick up a key and return it to their location instead of codes. The linens were mentioned on their site we just did not rent thru that site. We purchased sheets and towels on the way down, it all worked out and maybe it's just a transition? The Frio was great!"

"We had the absolute best time! The house was beautiful, the location was on point, best part of the river. The owners were amazing, my kids even loved them! I would highly recommend to anyone. We already have plans to come back next summer."
