"Everything was perfect! This was the best hotel ever! I love how secured & safe I felt. You can’t even get on the elevator without having a room key. This hotel was a 10/10 the balcony was amazing. The staff was also great! & had the best customer, they made you feel welcomed. The only thing I dislike was the parking. This hotel too high class not to have hotel parking. But other than that the experience of the hotel was perfect. The food near by was spot on as well. I had the perfect visit. "

"Staff was so friendly! Rooms were great. Restaurant and amenities were well kept and accommodating. Police station next door made for safe feeling walks after dark. Location was perfect a lot of great food options nearby!"

"For a price of £100, I thought this was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and had an excellent view of the skyline. It was completely quiet but that was never going to be the case so close to Times Square and after one night, it was easy to adjust to. The breakfast was basic but perfect for a traveller and seemed really popular amongst guests. Moreover, the gym was simple but had enough to work up a sweat and will be looking to come back here if I visit NY anytime soon! "

"Pros: excellent location, 5 min walk to Penn Station, 7 min walk to the center of Time Square, 20-25 min walk to Central Park. It has a Rooftop Bar with an incredible view (VEU180 Rooftop Bar). Cons: rooms are super small. Hard to walk in the room with two people in it. Overall, my stay was good and would stay here again simply because of the location. It was easy to get to the airport from/to the hotel using the Penn Station via line E."
