"This property has everything you need for a great stay! The beds are very comfortable, and everything was super clean. It has all the essentials for cooking, and most importantly, the communication with the host was excellent. In our case, Micaela was always very helpful and attentive to any needs we had. A huge kudos to her! Her attention and hospitality truly made our experience even better. The location is perfect—there’s everything you need nearby, and Palermo is definitely a great neighborhood to stay in. It’s also very well connected by public transportation. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!"

"I can not fault this place, to the extent that we rebooked it on our return to Buenos Aires after travel to another city. The staff were outstanding - knowledgeable, friendly but never intrusive. The property was beautifully maintained and decorated, with all the amenities available to guests. The location was excellent, short stroll to many cafes, restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation."

"I had an exceptional stay at Ilum Experience Home and could not have asked for a better experience in Buenos Aires. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with fresh, delicious options and thoughtful service each morning. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. The staff remembered that I was celebrating my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel special. Those little touches made a big difference and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. The team was also incredibly helpful with recommendations and assistance throughout my visit, whether it was suggestions for local things to do, places to eat, transportation, or simply helping me navigate the city. I always felt like they genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. As an LGBT traveler, I also felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and respected. The atmosphere was inclusive and friendly, which made the stay feel especially relaxing and enjoyable.
