"I loved my stay at this hotel. A large part of my trip was visiting restaurants in the west loop and this hotel was the perfect location for that! Just a short walk to Restaurant Row. The staff were so delightful and helpful! Shoutout Felicia and Debbie! The balcony was a lovely touch and free luggage storage after we checked out was very easy and helpful! Also, the restaurant on site was a surprise delight! Loved all the food and the staff and the coffee!!"

"Room was perfect for a solo traveler. I felt safe because there was a door man and being in busy area made me feel safe too. They did forget to give me a quilt, so I only had a sheet and blanket so I got a little cold. But that was ok because I was able to turn the heater on. Parking was a little hard, but it’s Chicago so it’s not surprising "

"as a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member I had access to the M lounge. I went for breakfast a couple mornings. They ran out of fruit and some sodas. also, I asked for a feather pillow and was told that they hotel only had foam pillows."
