"A wonderful stay just outside the busiest parts of Paris, which made it feel more local and relaxed. The hotel was impeccable yet very comfortable and welcoming rather than formal. "The hotel was easy to find from Gare du Nord, clean with really good amenities but what truly made this stay special was the receptionist (unfortunately I forgot their name). They were an absolute star — I visited with a friend who is a wheelchair user, and the receptionist went above and beyond, giving us advice on accessible shopping areas and which sidewalks were more wheelchair-friendly. His attention to detail and genuine care left me really impressed."
