. The best part was access to the park, the rest was undesirable. The carpet was stained and likely from a different century, the beds were in poor condition and extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress. The river was close but not worth the other discomforts. My reservation was for a renovated room and there was not one available. I would not recommend this property."

"This property was just as described. The owner quickly responded to emails during booking and arrival. I did not need to make requests while staying but knew the owner was nearby if needed. This property is a great location for rafting, fishing,hiking, and sight seeing. Only 10 miles from Gardiner. Very quiet and scenic site for resting at end of day. I highly recommend this location. ."
