"I reserved a non smoking room and when we arrived the room was smelling like a casino, everything was dirty and horrible, they didn’t have more rooms to change me that disgusting room, I was driving from Florida and need a place to stay and there was nothing else around, breakfast was horrible, just tangarines and waffle maker very dirty. This place is a getto very dirty, not even basic breakfast, DO NOT STATE THERE, is better to sleep in your car."

"This hotel was bare-bones and appeared to be either undergoing renovation or parts of it were very tired. I’m used to staying in a little nicer place, but it was clean, the air-conditioning worked, the bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good night, sleep at a very affordable price. It covered the basics, but was certainly not my dream location."

"I made a reservation through Expedia, but I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and were told that Expedia had not confirmed our reservation with Home2 Suites. Thankfully, the staff member was very kind and helpful. He assisted us in making another reservation, even though the available room was not the type I originally reserved for our group of six. I truly appreciated his effort and willingness to help us despite the situation."
