"The Amenities were great, but the booking wasn't the one I requested with Expedia. I requested the Loft for the entire stay, but was not afforded the room for the entire stay! I was very disappointed."

"We had a great stay at the Planter’s Inn. The porter and front desk were friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was comfortable. We liked the complimentary wine and cheese hour also."

"A fine budget hotel--clean, quiet, safe, attractive, up-to-date, well maintained, and charging reasonable rates. It has a fitness center, guest laundry, spacious free parking, and a dining room that I understand serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for a price. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. I thought it odd that my room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Maybe that's to steer guests toward the dining room. Also, there was no one at the desk when I left shortly before check-out time, which seemed one of the likeliest times for staff to be on duty. I put my room card in the basket on the desk with many others, as instructed, but never received an email receipt for my stay as the sign on the desk said I would. Check-in was handled efficiently by courteous staff. A $100 deposit was put on my credit card, which was refunded timely. Overall, my 3-day stay was excellent, nearly everything I could have wanted, with a comfortable bed, good shower, blackout window coverings, and daily housekeeping. I'd gladly stay again."

"Wonderful location, clean, friendly, comfty beds, clean (except the vent fan on the wall needed major dusting), free soft drinks, water and chips in the room. Beautiful rooms and decorated perfectly! Nice pool and fire pit-the smore container for the kids was such a nice treat! Thank you. We will be back! Coffee in the lobby in the morning would be be a nice addition."

"Just 1 street off the river and blocks from great shops, this hotel is perfectly placed. The decor was modern and clean, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. There was a social hour with drinks and snacks Monday through Wednesday. Walking to local sights was easy and there were plenty to see. I will surely try to stay here for my next visit."
