"From arriving to departing, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous all the time. If we had any issues, we know we could’ve had it sorted straight away. We are breakfast on both days the food was hot and plenty full. The evening before our departure, we booked a taxi through the reception and the taxi turned up on time. The next day are the time we wait that we required. Thank you, Staycity, for your great service. We would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was very nice. Since start to the end (was only one day), but the services was excellent. We booked hotel with lounge acess, (this was little bit misunderstanding, but not big deal), we thought that will be something for eat, but was nothing excluding fruits. But we was actually very late 9.50pm in the lounge. The kitchen was open till 10.00am, we arrived to the bar at 9.55 and we was still available ordered food. This was thanks to very nice man Waiter/Barman from Turkey, who's name was Muhammad on Mohammed, sorry I didn't know how spell your name. He was very experienced and very nice person. As well very nice person with full experience was Patricia from Spain. Sorry again if I misspelled you name. We arrived very late to the hotel, arround 8.30 pm. Because in the lounge wasn't any alcoholic drinks , we got 2 vouchers for two free alkoholic drink. We can use for any alkohol, we used for 2 cocktails, which was cost 14 euro each!!! Hotel have lovely room, new decorations, very nice smell. Bar was very nice also and quick service."

"The suite was lovely. On a corner with plenty of natural light. Balcony etc The food was excellent. The Guinness was great which is rare for a hotel. Pool was good. Overall the staff were good one or two little mishaps, for example a waitress failed to offer us dessert and when we asked, she told us the kitchen was closed. This was very poor form and really annoying after a long day's travelling and having had 3 small kids promised a treat.. On the other hand the following night, the waitress was super on the ball and we were very happy. There was an empty vodka bottle and cigarette butts on our balcony which were removed when I told reception. The staff were very nice overall. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. It's a lovely hotel. The location is quite industrial but it's an ideal base with great food, drink and amenities. "

"We were very happy with our accommodation. The room was a little small, but we had everything we needed. The Staff were very pleasant. Hotel offered a very nice cold breakfast. I would say there again."
