"I didn't expect much for the very modest price I paid. This is, after all, a pub with rooms. The room was clean but a bit shabby and basic, about what I expected. The bed was a little unforgiving and my sleep quality wasn't quite what I usually get. Breakfast was exactly as dscribed and was perfectly adequate apart from the really weak filter coffee. Our breakfast host did appear flustered, slightly "falty towers" in approach. Would I stay again? Yes I would. "

"Rebecca the owner is a very polite helpful and caring lady! If you have any questions just ask! the property is very clean and tidy and non smoking! Our bedroom was excellent with a great double bed with a beautiful shower and bathroom! and tea making facilities in the room the breakfast was outstanding she certainly takes care of her guests highly recommended!!"

"The B&B is perfectly positioned only 3 mins walk from The Bridlington Spa where we went to watch McFly. My daughter and I felt safe walking back to the B&B late at night. The room was beautiful with en-suite and special chocolates with a coffee station. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and cooked specially for each guest. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back when we need to go to another gig. Thankyou."

"Lovely place to stay. Great hosts, really friendly and very helpful. Fernleigh is on a nice quiet street. A couple of good pubs just round the corner.
