"Staff weren’t bilingual. Didn’t match the pictures online. Room was VERY stuffy. They only give you one key card. Hotel was small overall(more like a motel). Didn’t feel too comfortable staying there. Left a say earlier. They have complimentary drinks! Lol that’s the only good thing about this place."

"This is my second stay at Hotel Riviera. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent.
