"Clean but small room with tiny bathroom. But it’s an historic hotel so one can’t be picky. Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. All of the staff were very nice. I would stay here again."

"Beds are comfortable and make for a good night’s sleep. The facilities are clean but outdated. Of all hotels and motels in the surrounding area, including Gallup, I’d stay here. Staff is friendly. Beautiful scenery. Close to home for me! IMO the General Manager is doing a good job!"

"The property was great. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff helpful and the coffee excellent. However, I had to make my own reservation with the hotel when I arrived for the night I wanted. My experience with the Expedia App was very unsatisfactory. Somehow the Expedia App reserved the night after the date I wanted. I was trying to change it when the app sent the reservation through anyway. I tried the Chat feature on the App twice and lost the connection twice. Finally, I got a call back from a live Expedia agent on my cell phone and was told the reservation was not refundable, but that they would give me a $50 credit on my Expedia account. That app needs to be fixed so that no registration is made until the user clearly checks a box saying they are ready to make the reservation after reviewing it. That was not the case here. I was told by both Expedia and the hotel staff to contact the other party and try to get the reservation I did not intent to make canceled. So I ended up paying for 2 consecutive nights, one of which I did not intend to reserve and could not use."
