On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a double sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping flexibility for larger groups. This floor also includes 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. The first of these bedrooms benefits from a private en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, while the second bedroom offers direct access to the garden. A separate shower room with bidet and WC is also available on this floor, serving as the third bathroom on the ground level. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor features 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

The upper floor presents an open gallery with characterful sloping ceilings, alongside a third bedroom that also features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 to 220 cm.
