"This hotel, located on the banks of river Arno is one of the best hotels I stayed at. It has all the modern amenities and yet has an old world charm about it. Exceptional staff and service! Rooms were spacious and made twice a day. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great. Easy to get around on foot as most places are within walking distance. Check in and check out were flawless. If I ever come back to Florence I will stay here."
