"We had great service from everyone except the check in. The lady was not trained, couldn’t figure out my name so I finally just gave her my id, then gave her my credit card. She handed me the keys and didn’t say anything else. It was very odd and not what I would expect from an Embassy Suites."

"This is our favorite place to stay when we travel to Sacramento. The rooms are always nice and the restaurant on site is to die for! The access to Golden 1 Center is perfect and makes me feel safe when I travel with my kids to see an event there as I don't have to walk through downtown sac which is not safe. Appreciate the location and the ammenities."
