"We had a wonderful stay in the split level sea view 2 bedroom. The only possible downside was that the hotel is expanding and you can hear construction noise during the day. It didn’t bother us. "Very poor English skills and absolute zero knowledge of other languages can be challenging for guests who do not speak English. The pool is miniature, shallow, and there is a huge lack of order regarding sunbed reservation (be prepared that some jerk will simply throw away your towels and lie on your sunbed while you are in the restroom or getting a drink, and the staff won't do anything about it). The animation program is also very poor. The food is repetitive, but you won't stay hungry. Local drinks are terrible, juices are overly sweet, and you won't see a lemon even in traces. You cannot get a fresh lemonade even for money. The guy who drives the golf cart to the beach (better known as Habibi) is an absolute gem of a man. The rooms are clean, and the maid comes every day. You only get water upon arrival; later you have to buy it. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are charged. Realistically, I would barely give this hotel three stars."

"It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"

"Booked 1 room with another family with 9 of us at the property. We had also rented cars and drove to the hotel. Great access for free parking. The room was split over 2 levels that the boys enjoyed. The room was very clean. The breakfast selection was significant to choose from and the Italian restaurant was really great. The hotel gave direct access to the beach and great spot for sunset pictures!"

"absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care! Thank you! Keep it up!"
